For elopements outside my local zone, all travel is already included in the collection price. This covers everything I need to get to you and be fully present on your day. flights, fuel, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and the time it takes to arrive and return home. Whether you are planning vows on the Oregon Coast, a weekend adventure in Glacier, a ceremony in the Tetons, or a celebration in Seattle or Portland, you will never see an extra line item or last-minute invoice for travel. If your plans take you even farther, to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations like Iceland, Italy, or beyond, I will create a custom proposal that includes every detail up front. That way, your investment is fully transparent from the beginning and you can focus on dreaming big while I take care of the logistics.

How many images will we receive?

On average you’ll get 75–100 fully edited images per hour of coverage. I don’t cap galleries. If it tells your story, it’s included.

When will we see our photos?

You’ll receive sneak peeks within 72 hours. Full galleries are delivered in 8–12 weeks depending on the season.

How does travel work for PNW elopements?

All travel is already included in every PNW “I Do.” Your investment covers flights, fuel, lodging, and ground transportation, so you’ll never see hidden fees or last-minute charges. If your love story takes you international or beyond the continental PNW, I’ll create a custom quote that lays out the full cost up front so everything is clear from the start.

Can we choose any location?

Yes! I’ll help you brainstorm, scout, and narrow down locations that fit your vision and comfort level. From Oregon coastlines to Washington forests, Glacier’s peaks, or the Tetons, your location is your choice and I’ll help you bring it to life.

Do you charge more for remote or hard-to-reach spots?

No. If your location is within the PNW zone, it’s covered in your package. The only time additional costs would come up is if your day requires something unusual, like multiple days of hiking, helicopters, or ferries & we’d talk that through in advance so you’re never surprised.

How much coverage do we need for a PNW elopement?

Three hours is perfect for a short ceremony and portraits in one spot. Six hours allows for more adventure and travel between a couple of locations. Twelve hours gives you the whole day from getting ready to starry skies, and sixteen hours covers multi-day stories.

Can we invite friends or family?

Absolutely. Elopements aren’t limited to just two people. Many couples bring a handful of loved ones, and I’ll document your day whether it’s just the two of you or a small group.

Do you travel outside the PNW?

It depends on your vision. Three hours is great for a ceremony and portraits in one location. Six hours allows for a relaxed timeline with room to explore or add activities. If you want a full-day adventure (sunrise to sunset) consider 12 hours so nothing feels rushed.

How do we book?

Once you’ve chosen your collection, I’ll send a contract and retainer invoice. As soon as those are complete, your date is officially saved. From there, we’ll start planning your adventure together.
