Our website and services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect PI from minors under 18. If you believe a child has shared PI with us, please contact us to have it removed.

The ability to request disclosure of PI shared with third parties within the last 12 months
A "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" option (we currently do not sell data) 

California residents may also submit one request per year for details.

9. Model & Publicity Release (Portfolio Use)
By booking with us, you grant permission for Your Photography Business Name to use images—including recognizable photos of you—for marketing, portfolio, and social media unless you specify otherwise in writing. 

If you prefer anonymity, please let us know in writing.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
